The job:

You support and challenge the production facilities and supply chain with the objective to accelerate the international development of the company.



  1. Manufacturing Accounting 
  • Responsible for submission and analysis of annual operation budget and quarterly financial forecasts. 
  • MTD & YTD spending and variance reporting and analysis, manufacturing variance analysis and production reporting. 
  • Determine classifications for labour, materials, expenses and other items for computing costs of new products and revising existing product process. 
  • Review, analyse and approve capital expenditures for the region.  Report on spending status, incorporating PMR, compared to approved budget.


      2.  Financial Analyst 

  • Prepare operating budgets, capital expenditures and financial forecasts as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information for EMEA region.
  • Analysis and reporting of sales and costs by product and service type to support managers in assessing profitability and pricing decisions.
  • Analyse regional costs, primarily SG&A, making sure spending is aligned with budget/forecast.
  • Prepare, review and distribute monthly VSM reports in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.



  • A Bachelors-level degree in Accounting or equivalent discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.


Skills and abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of accountancy including systems, methodologies, techniques and technology.
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturing accounting with experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) and financial internal controls.
  • Proficiency with SAP & Microsoft Office PC applications with focus on Excel.
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate in both an office and a plant-manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal associates and external agents.
  • Ability to relate to and manage relationships with internal & external customers.
  • Proven time management techniques with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Exceptionally detail orientated with a high focus on accuracy.
  • Possess a high level of professional curiosity with the ability to identify areas of opportunity through effective internal questions and other techniques.
  • Highly motivated, professional with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to support stated business objectives, enforce policies and procedures and actively champion change when required.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven aptitude to optimize resource allocation and continually seek improved efficiency including application of new technology/systems.
